Freeter Mango Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 medium-sized apple, peeled and chopped
- 2 tablespoons of freeze-dried mango from Freeter Foods
- 3/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of sugar or honey
- 1/4 cup of oats
- 2 ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- Start by preparing the ingredients. Peel and chop the apple into small pieces. Measure 2 tablespoons of freeze-dried mango from Freeter.Foods and set it aside.
- In a blender, add the chopped apple, freeze-dried mango, plain yogurt, and sugar or honey.
- Add 1/4 cup of oats to the blender for some extra fibre and texture.
- If you prefer a colder smoothie, add 2 ice cubes to the blender.
- Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a little bit of water to thin it out.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more sugar or honey.
- Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and serve chilled.
Additional Tips:
- For an even more tropical twist, add a splash of coconut milk or coconut water to the smoothie.
- If you have leftover smoothie, you can store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 day. Give it a good stir before drinking it as the ingredients may settle.
