Freeter Guava flavoured Pani Puri Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup freeters dried guava powder
- 1/2 tsp black salt
- 1/2 tsp jeera powder
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 2 cups of water
- Pani puri shells
- Chopped boiled potatoes
- Chopped onions
- Tamarind chutney
- Mint chutney
- Sev
Instructions:
- In a bowl, add 1/4 cup of Freeters freeze dried guava powder, black salt, jeera powder, chaat masala, and chilli powder. Mix well to combine.
- Add 2 cups of water to the bowl and stir until the spices are fully dissolved in the water.
- Transfer the guava water to a pitcher and chill it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- To assemble the pani puri, crack open the pani puri shells from the top to create a small hole.
- Fill each pani puri shell with a few pieces of chopped boiled potatoes and onions.
- Pour the guava water into the pani puri shells, filling them up to the top.
- Drizzle some tamarind chutney and mint chutney on top of the filling.
- Sprinkle some sev on top of the filling.
- Serve the pani puri immediately.
Additional Tips:
- Adjust the spice level to your preference by adding more or less chilli powder.
- For an extra burst of flavour, add some chopped coriander leaves to the filling.
